Facilities Management Engineer FM

Position: Facilities Management (FM) Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day activity of the supervisors and technicians by supporting them with direct responsibility for the operation.

• Creating maintenance procedures for all the equipment and systems in the building under ISO standards.
• Creating MEP Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule; ensure full PPM is carried out in the given time.
• Ensure all MEP Corrective Maintenance is carried out in the given time.
• Supervision of technicians and subcontractors against agreed key performance indicators, ELV, EMV Fire alarm, Fire Fighting, BMS, Elevators/Escalators, Access control, Generator, AHU, FCU, Chiller, UPS, and minor Civil Work.
• Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failure, and creating incident reports.
• Keep records of all stock and supplies, maintenance and repair costs, incidents and procedures, and Operations and Maintenance manuals of equipment.
• Recommending new ideas to optimize production efficiency for better performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
• Support the aims and objectives of the company and ensure the value of money in the provision of improvement of maintenance works in terms of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness.

The salary package will be between 7,000 QR to 9,000 QR depending on work experience and interview results. Interested applicants may share their CVs at careers@tanzifco.qa
